Graveside services will be held at Cloudy Cemetery on Saturday, January 17, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. with Bro. Lynn Tomlinson officiating.

David Armbrister age 52 of Rattan, OK died on Friday, January 9, 2009 in Hugo, OK.

David Armbrister was born on August 11, 1956 in Killeen, TX, the son of David Greer and Wilma Mae (Ellis) Armbrister. He had worked as a truck driver for 25 years and had seen about every part of the continental United States. Later he worked for Martin Marietta Materials in Sawyer, Oklahoma. He loved to fish, bow hunt and loved the woods. David was a free spirit that enjoyed family and life. When he was not working, his favorite thing to do was have a big bonfire and sit with his family and just relax and talk.

He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother: James Armbrister; one sister-in-law: Maryln Armbrister and one niece, Tammy Armbrister.

David is survived by two brothers: Ronnie and wife, Rhonda of Rattan, OK, and Donnie Armbrister and wife, Amy of Hugo, OK; one sister: Rosie Armbrister Stone of Lampasas, TX. several nieces and nephews
