Bruce Lee Steincamp, 62, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at his home in Newkirk, Oklahoma. His graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 10, at Fairlawn Cemetery, Stillwater. Strode Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Bruce was born in Stillwater, Oklahoma on September 16, 1952 to Edgar Allan and Shirley Anne Steincamp. He graduated from Stillwater High School. He was a retired Service Technician and part owner of Houser Hardware in Newkirk. Bruce generously shared his considerable mechanical and technical skills with family, friends and hardware store customers. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing, boating, and tinkering with all things mechanical to learn how they worked.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ed Steincamp; and his brother, Allan Steincamp.

He is survived by his mother, Shirley Steincamp; sisters, Linda Moore (Wes), Marsha Odell, Jane Martin (David), and Dawn Levasseur; niece, Mikayla Robin; nephews, Justin Martin and Dwight Prather.
