Jenna Marie McKinzie was born on January 23, 2015 in Stillwater, OK. She was born right on time and absolutely perfect. For six months she did everything a baby should do. Jenna sat up, laughed, rolled and played. Over the next year, Jenna regressed until she was diagnosed at 16 months with Tay-Sachs. That diagnosis did not stop her from being the most precious princess a family could have.
From the day Jenna was born, she was always her daddy’s princess. She held his heart and he held her through it all. They snuggled, played growling games had the most special bond. Jenna was her momma’s world. Everything Jessica did was for Jenna. Her momma sang to her everyday and made sure that her life was as beautiful as possible. She made sure that their family was intentional in making memories. Her momma and daddy dedicated themselves to finding the best care and equipment for her so that she was comfortable.
She was welcomed back into the arms of Jesus on Saturday, November 25, 2017 where she received her complete healing, and is now dancing with her Savior.
