The Watts Family, children of Richard Everett Watts and Viola Elizabeth Lovell, donated the land for this cemetery, and all of the people interred here are direct descendants, spouses of descents, or parents of spouses of descendants.
 
The cemetery is maintained by Watts Family Members as well.
