Hermon Earl Scott, son of Olen T. and Alice Marie (York) Scott, was born August 1, 1942 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and departed this life to be with our Lord on March 6, 2018 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 75 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and golfing. He was known as PaPaw to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and enjoyed time spent watching them do anything they enjoyed. He had a great love for his cats and his dog “Rumble.” He was a member of the Rocky Mountain Community Church.
Earl was preceded in death by his wife; Linda and brother, Olen Ray Scott and parents Olen T. and Alice Marie (York) Scott.
He is survived by a very loving family that includes his children, Tim Scott and wife Patty of Bakersfield, Calif., Darla Eubanks and husband Jeff of Stilwell, Steve Scott and wife Beth of Liberty Mounds, nine grandchildren, Justin Eubanks and wife Cara, Tyler Murphy and wife Lindsey, Kristy Adamson, Kayla James and husband Nate, Heather Tripp and husband Steve, Brittany Matthews and husband Chris, Ryan Scott, Mariah Eubanks and Katie Scott, great- grandchildren Ethan, Evan, Brooklyn, Kaleb, Emalee, Kyle, Kaleb, Chloe and Camden, sister, Betty Christie and husband Bob of Welling, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive him.
Graveside services were held Friday, March 9, 2018 at Hungry Mountain Cemetery,Welling, with Bro. Robert Bigfeather officiating. Interment followed under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home,Stilwell.
