Guy Rhodes a resident of Durant, Oklahoma passed from this life on Monday March 27, 2017 at the age of 63 years 4 months and 25 days. He was born in Carlsbad, New Mexico on October 30, 1953 to C.E. and Jackie (Adams) Rhodes.
Guy proudly served this home state in the Oklahoma National Guard. He graduated from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant. Guy worked for the Rhodes Greenhouse for many years. He loved the quiet solitude of fishing.
Mr. Rhodes is survived by his daughter, Nichole Rhodes of Lubbock, Texas; son, Joseph Rhodes of Colorado Springs, Colorado; 3 grandchildren; brothers, Mike Rhodes and wife Shirley of Durant, Oklahoma and Howard Rhodes of North Carolina; and step-mother, Philly Rhodes of Florida.
Mr. Rhodes was preceded in death by his parents, C.E. and Jackie Rhodes; and 2 sisters.
A memorial service
will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday April 1st at the Highland Cemetery
Pavilion.
