Funeral services for Charles Birkhead , 55, of Conroe, TX. were held on May 7, 2007 at 10:00 AM at Southside Baptist Church in Conroe under direction of Conroe Funeral Directors.

Charles was born on July 9, 1951 in Beaumont, TX and passed away on May 1, 2007 in Conroe.

Preceding him in death was his infant son, Brant Smith Birkhead.

He is survived by his wife, Sherry Birkhead ; mother-in-law, Oma Smith; daughters, Brandie Meyers and husband Roger, Miranda Ruttle and husband Jake, Summer Birkhead , Charla Birkhead ; sisters, Karen Gaspard and husband Lee, Glenda Anne Birkhead ; grandchildren, Rachel, Rebecca and Jordan Meyers; and many other relatives and friends.
