Angela Dawn Miller, 45 year old Woodward resident, died Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at her home in Woodward. The family is planning a memorial service Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 1:00 pm at the Holiday Inn in Woodward in the breakfast area.
Angela Dawn Miller was born April 9, 1969 in Clinton, Oklahoma to Vernon Jack and Linda Gail (Mullen) David. Angie grew up in Woodward, attending Woodward High School until the twelfth grade. On February 14, 1987, Angie was united in marriage to Vernon Eugene Miller. The couple lived in Guymon for their first year of marriage, before moving back to Woodward. Angie and Vernon were blessed with two daughters, Jessica Dawn, and Cory Ann.
Angie was a full time, stay at home mom. She loved to fish and play games, but Angie enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, and playing with her grand-kids the most.
Angie is survived by her two daughters, Jessica Dawn Miller, and Cory Ann Miller, grandchildren, Dusty Chase and Trinity Chase, and her parents, Jack and Gail David, all of Woodward; one brother, Danny Cooper and wife Carol of Spokane, Washington; two sisters, Shawna Murphy and Robin David both of Woodward; eight nieces and nephews, seven great nieces and great nephews; best friends, Michelle Clark, Denise Best and Mindy Clugston; Tammy Gharet who was always like a daughter to her, as well as Tiffany Scott and many others that called her Mom; many other friends and family that loved her and will miss her dearly.
Angie is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, maternal grandparents, mother-in-law, father-in-law, four uncles, and one aunt.
