Memorial: 10:30 AM Friday, March 17th, 2017 - Billings Funeral Home Chapel Douglas Wade Clow, 40 year old Woodward resident, died Saturday, March 11, 2017 at his home in Woodward. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 17, 2017 in the Billings Funeral Home Chapel. A private family burial will be held at a later date.
Douglas Wade Clow was born on July 30, 1976 in Woodward, Oklahoma to Jimmy Owen and Emily Mae (Chance) Clow. He was raised in Woodward and graduated from Woodward High School in 1994. Doug worked for McVickers Oilfield Services and was currently working for IOS which was formerly OTI for the past 22 years.
He was united in marriage to Jessica Weber on August 1, 2016 in Arnett, Oklahoma. They made their home in Woodward.
He was a member of the Thousand Hills Ranch Church. Doug enjoyed hanging out with friends and family, hunting with his dad Jim and his best friend David, fishing, cooking out, and going to the lake. Doug was known to go big or go home. He always lived life to the fullest. He loved his daughter Sara to the moon and back. Sara was his pride and joy. He loved eating on Saturdays and going to garage sales.
He is survived by his wife Jessica Clow of the home; daughter Sara Clow; parents, Jim and Emily Clow of Woodward; sister Tonya Sexton; four nephews: Jonathan Lukes, Kameron Lukes, Kelton Lukes, Owen Smith, one niece Karleya Lukes; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Kathy and Terry Purcell; sister-in-law, Christal Case; brother-in-law, David Weber; two nieces Kynnz Weber and Maribelle Gonzalez; two step-daughters: Jazzlyn Laverty, Jerickah Laverty; one step-son, Preston Laverty; special friend Stacy Hamilton; numerous other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, three uncles, a brother-in-law, one nephew and his grandmother.
