Alvin G. Lochmann, 68 year old Fargo resident, died Thursday, Aug. 31. 2000, at his home. Graveside services are Monday at 10:00 a. m. at Gnadenfeld Cemetery, Fargo, under the direction of Billings Funeral Parlor.

Alvin G. Lochmann, 68 year old Fargo resident, died Thursday, Aug. 31. 2000, at his home. Graveside services are Monday at 10:00 a. m. in the Gnadenfeld Cemetery southeast of Fargo, with the Reverend Floyd Thiessen officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Billings Funeral Home.
Alvin George Lochmann was born October 20, 1931on the family farm southeast of Fargo to Henry and Maria (Hinther) Lochmann. Alvin went to work on the family farm at a young age after attending Fargo Schools. He was married to Kay Allison on December 26, 1953 in Woodward. They made their home on the farm southeast of Fargo. To this union one daughter, Alvina Jean was born. Besides working as a farmer and a rancher, Alvin also drove bus for the Fargo School system for twenty-seven years.
He is survived by his wife, Kay of the home; one daughter, Jean Raulston and husband Randall of Fargo; one grandson, James Raulston of Fargo; three sister, Helen McCormick and husband Warren, Mary Faust, both of Woodward, Anna Martin of Buffalo.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters.
