Arlene O'Neal, 82 year old Woodward resident, passed away, Friday, September 30, 2022 in Oklahoma City. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 6, 2022 in the Billings Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Ed Dowty officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home.
Mildred Arlene (Tiffany) O'Neal was born March 16, 1940 to Lyman Dale and Mildred Clair (Williams) Tiffany in Beaver, Oklahoma. Arlene grew up in Slap Out, Oklahoma. She attended Laverne schools and graduated from Laverne High School.
Arlene enjoyed crocheting and cross word puzzles.
Arlene is survived by one son, Jackson Dale O'Neal; two daughters, Barbara Dianne Adams; Brenda Joanne Duke and husband Jack Dawayen; one brother, Steven Ralph Tiffany; one sister, Darlene Ethyl Calif and husband Thomas Edwin; ten grandchildren, Hayden Ryan O'Neal, Kailene Rain O'Neal, LeEsta Keller, Stone Alan Dunnihoo, Jeremy Dwayen Buss, Breanne Nicole Stafford, Anthony Leon Barnes, Charles Mack McDowell, Lisa Marie Stanfield, and Jacoby Dwight McDowell; 16 great grandchildren, Zandryn Keller, Hadley Keller, Brandon Smith, Sarah Buss, Neaome Buss, Hunter, Devan Barnes, Jayery Barnes, Nevah McDowell, Raymond MCDowell, Jimmy Stanfield, Summerlyn Stanfield, Aryssa McDowell, and Asher McDowell; other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mildred Clair Tiffany, father, Lyman Dale Tiffany, three brothers, Raymond Dale Tiffany, Richard Aaron Tiffany, and Larry Tiffany and one son, James Raymond O'Neal.
