Marion Junior Ogden

Junior Ogden, 77 year old Woodward businessman, passed away Friday, February 18, 2022 in Oklahoma City. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at the Free Will Baptist Church with Dr. Allen Mabra officiating. Burial will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home.

Marion Junior Ogden was born on April 4, 1944 in Woodward, Oklahoma to James and Eva (Kilpatrick) Ogden. Junior grew up in Woodward and attended Woodward schools. He was united in marriage to Wanda Craighead on November 16, 1963 in Seiling, Oklahoma. They were blessed with two children, Rodney and Tina. Junior worked as a Butcher and he also worked for Diamond Services in the oilfield. He later became manager at Gibsons and was a Loan Officer for the Bank of Woodward. Junior started Ogden Realty and Ogden Auto Sales and continued running the business until his retirement.

He was united in marriage to Jamie Aufieri on December 22, 2006 in Woodward, Oklahoma. They made their home in Woodward and Yukon. Junior loved spending time with his family, friends and traveling to auctions. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting, and raising cattle.

He is survived by his wife Jamie Ogden of the home; one son, Rodney Ogden and wife Shawna of Woodward; daughters, Tina Pinckard and husband Shane of Woodward, Tracy Sondag and Sam Goldsberry of Yukon; 12 grandchildren: Zackary Ogden and wife Molly, Matthew Ogden, Jordan Estraca and husband Braden, Drew Pinckard, Mark Pinckard, Daniel Pinckard, Sara Aufieri, Chris Sondag, Mike Sondag, Taylor Sondag, Shylen Aufieri, Tommy Aufieri; one great-grandchild, River Aufieri; other relatives and many friends.

Junior was preceded in death by his parents, James and Eva Ogden, his first wife Wanda Ogden on January 22, 1993, sister, Jeannie Kay Olson, nephew Kenneth Miller, half brothers, Aaron, Orville and Earnest Ogden, stepson Randy M. Aufieri and great-grandson, Cayson Sondag.

Memorial contributions may be made to WOOF Pet Rescue with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
