Theresa Kline, 85 year old Woodward resident, died Tuesday, March 5, 2019 in Woodward. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, March 11, 2019 at the First United Methodist Church with Reverend Shannon Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery.
Theresa Ruth (Blair) Kline was born on December 26, 1933 in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania to Ned and Jesse Blair. She grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and attended Allegheny High School. Theresa was united in marriage to Larry Gordon Kline on January 23, 1954 in Woodward, Oklahoma. They made their home in Woodward, where they owned and operated Kline Sand Pit for many years.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Theresa enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, sewing, and crocheting. She enjoyed time with family, going to Sunday school, and traveling with her husband.
She is survived by four sons, Dwight Kline and wife Denise of Woodward, David Kline and wife Tina of Woodward, John Kline and wife Candyce of Woodward, Michael Kline and wife Cielo of Knoxville, Tennessee; son-in-law, Roger Arnold of Woodward; seven grandchildren, Robert Arnold and wife Michelle, Rocky Arnold and wife Kim, Kandace Perryman and husband Jeremiah, Kolby Kline and wife Tanesa, Kelsey Pence and husband Justin, Ryan Kline and wife Andrea, Shannon Beesley and husband Brett; 13 great-grandchildren, Alexys and Rylon Arnold, Sierra Miller, Ashton and Erica Arnold, Dayne and Taydem Perryman, Daxton and Eli Kline, Jozalyn and Audrey Pence, Rori Kline, Charlie Beesley; one brother Bob Blair and wife Kate of Michigan; other relatives and friends.
Theresa was preceded in death by her husband Larry G. Kline, daughter Karen Arnold, sister Carrol McAfee, sister Nancy Smith, brother Jim Blair, and her parents, Ned and Jesse Blair.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, Rheumatoid Arthritis research with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
