21 Feb 1946 - 22 Feb 1979

Woodward Robert Michael (Mike) Hosier, 32, salesman for Bankers Life and Casualty Insurance Company, Duncan, died early Thursday in a parking lot in Durant from a gunshot wound. His service will be at 2:30 PM Sunday in the First United Methodist Church at Woodward with the Rev. Connell Ghormley, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery under the direction of Stecher Mortuary, Woodward.

Survivors include his mother and step father, Coleen and Elmer Hosier, Woodward; his father and step mother, Mr. and Mrs. John Bruce, Woodward; two half brothers, Johnny and Raymond Bruce, both of Sharon; four half sisters, Linda Hamilton, Mrs. Terri Priest and Mrs. Vicki Lahann, all of Woodward, and Mrs. Regina Steadman, Sharon; and grandparents, Leon Cooper, Opal Cooper, Verlle Jackson, all of Woodward, and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Bruce, Sharon.
