Ricky D. Ellsworth, 56 year old Oklahoma City resident and former Woodward resident, passed away Monday, September 6, 2021 in Oklahoma City with his husband David and sister Barbara by his side. Graveside memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 1, 2021 at the Elmwood Cemetery with Reverend Donnetta Hunter officiating. Burial will follow with the Billings Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Lunch will be provided at Carlito's Cafe after the service
.Ricky Dale Ellsworth was born April 26, 1965 in Spearman, Texas to Wayne Alvin and Beatrice Fern (Pester) Ellsworth. He grew up in Woodward and attended Horace Mann Grade School and Woodward Junior High and Senior High and graduated with the class of 1983. Ricky attended Northwestern Oklahoma State University. He was united in marriage to David Webb on July 29, 1987 in Woodward, Oklahoma. They made their first home in Woodward before moving to Oklahoma City.
He was a very talented Artist who loved his family, enjoyed music, reading, going to concerts, and watching live entertainment. Ricky was a Nationally Acclaimed artist
He is survived by his husband of 34 years, David Webb of the home; sisters: Valerie Shields and husband Robby of Spearman, Texas, Barbara Glover and husband L.R. of Woodward; one brother, Ronny Ellsworth of Oregon; nephew, Anthony Glover; his aunt, Carol Tucker; best friend, Tammy (Glover) Aitson; many cousins and friends
.Ricky was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, Lee Roy and Katherine Pester and William and Ethel Lou Ellsworth, one brother Allen Ellsworth and his beloved dog Halfpint.
