Robyn Davis, 74 year old Woodward resident, passed away Sunday, January 26, 2025 in Oklahoma City. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 31, 2025 in the Billings Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery.
Robyn Lee Davis was born on May 15, 1950 in Lyons, Kansas to Dale Robert and Marion Beth O'Neill Davis. He grew up in Lyons, Kansas and graduated from Lyons High School. He later attended and graduated from the North Central Kansas Tech College. He went to work as a Heavy Equipment Operator in the oilfield and continued working until his retirement. In 1975 he was united in marriage to Betty Martin. To this union two daughters were born, April and Krissy. He was united in marriage to Eveline Ann Pond on November 18, 1984 in Shattuck, Oklahoma. To this union he was given three sons, Dean, Chris and Doug. They made their home in Woodward and Liberal, Kansas. After Eveline's passing, Robyn moved back to Woodward and has lived there since that time.
He enjoyed riding motorcycles, watching tv, but mostly he loved spending time with friends and family.
He is survived by two sons: Dean Pond and wife Teresa, Doug Pond and wife Jessica; two daughters Krissy Audus and husband James, April Ladish; one brother Terry Davis and wife Debbie; grandchildren: Chelsee Wilson and husband Alex, Shelbi Pond, Braxton, Aubree, and Oliver Pond; Aaron Pond and Christina Sue Parker, William Pond, Sadie Young, Jesse Jackson, Kayla Ladish, Taylor Ladish; great-great-grandchildren: Avery Wilson, Calen Pond, Ellie Pond, Daxten Pond, Sterling Young, Juniper Young, Joyce Jackson (due in June) Ledger Pond, Camille Ladish; other relatives and friends.
Robyn was preceded in death by his parents, one son Chris, granddaughter Evie and his wife Eveline.
The family would like to thank the staff of Woodward Skilled Nursing for the care they provided Robyn the last year.
