Woodward, Okla. — Kenneth Dart, 71, of Mooreland died Wednesday February 27, 2013 in Mooreland. Services will be held at 10:00 a m Monday March 4, 2013 in the Billings Funeral Home Chapel in Woodward with Reverend Aaron Martin officiating. Interment in Elmwood Cemetery
Kenneth Allen Dart was born January 21, 1942 in Woodward. He was the son of Donald Melvin Dart and Fannie Marie (Boyle) Dart. Kenneth spent most of his younger years in the Woodward area graduating with the class of 1960. He was a wood cutter during his working career.
He was an avid Oklahoma Sooners fan and loved watching the Oklahoma City Thunder basketball games. Kenneth had resided at The Heritage Manor in Mooreland for the last twenty years.
Kenneth is survived by one son Phillip Dart and wife Judy of Bloomington, Indiana;one daughter Jeanie Daines and husband John of Tucson, Arizona; one sister Donna Hininger Hunter and friend Dale Hill of Woodward; Several cousins Beulah Goodwin of Woodward; Mike and Edna Conine of Woodward; Harold and Lucille Crain of Woodward; Fannie Crain Taylor of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Johnny and Wilma Myers of Woodward; along with several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother in law Dr. William R. Hunter Jr.
