Woodward, Okla. — Jayme Clevenger, 52 year old Woodward resident, died Saturday, December 11, 2010 in Woodward. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 19, 2010 in the Assembly of God Church in Mooreland with the Reverend Phillip Ludwyck officiating. Interment will be held in the Elmwood Cemetery . Arrangements are under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home.
Jayme Kay (Hungerford) Clevenger was born January 19, 1958 in Hutchinson, Kansas; she was the daughter of James Benjamin and Dixie Lou (Heling) Hungerford. She grew up in Pratt, Kansas graduating from Pratt High School in 1976. She was married in 1976 and two daughters were born to this union. She continued to live in Pratt before moving to Woodward in 1981. Jayme was employed at Wal-Mart from 1994 until the present time. On June 9, 2007, she was married to Randy Dallas Clevenger in Albany, Texas. They made their home in Woodward.
Jayme was a member of the Assembly of God Church.
She is survived by her husband Randy Clevenger of the home; two daughters, Emily Hartwell of Woodward; Kylee Woods and husband Charlie of Yukon; parents, Ferril Heling of McPherson, Kansas; Harene Hungerford of Topeka, Kansas; step son, Dustin Clevenger and wife Stephanie of Mustang; step daughters, Christina Clevenger of Jamestown New York; Amber Clevenger and Brian Jensen of Omaha, Nebraska; Ryan Prophet and wife Kelly of Odenton, Maryland; Tabitha Samples and husband Aaron of Bethany; three sisters, Myrna Baych and husband Richard of Edmond; Palma Hernandez of Dallas; Anni Byrd and Barry Bragg of Oklahoma City; five grandchildren, Preslee, Calie and Cashton Woods; Addison and Zaymon Hartwell; step-grandchildren, Kenny and Kaden Dietrich; Dallas Clevenger; Elizabeth and Julia Prophet.
She was preceded in death by her mother Dixie Lou Heling and father James Benjamin Hungerford.
Memorials may be made to the Children's Miracle Network with the funeral home taking the memorials.
