Junette Doris Bradley Chenoweth

Junette Chenoweth, 93 year old Liberty Hill resident, passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at her home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 31, 2021 at the Church of the Nazarene with Reverend Nathan Twyman officiating. Burial will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Billings Funeral Home.

Junette Doris Chenoweth, daughter of Luther and Jennie Bradley was born February 28, 1928 and went to be with her Lord and Savior December 22, 2021 at age 93. The family lived on farms in her grade school years. She attended the first 8 grades in a one room school house with one teacher for all 8 grades. In 1944, her parents and brother and sister all moved to McPherson, Kansas where Junette graduated from high school in 1946. Right after graduation she worked the Farmer's Alliance Ins. Co. On August 14, 1949, she married Robert Max Chenoweth from Woodward, Oklahoma. They were privileged to have 58 blessed years together.

They moved to Bethany, Oklahoma where Max finished college at Southern Nazarene University and Junette worked for an insurance agency. In 1954, they moved to a farm southeast of Fargo, Oklahoma. Here they were blessed with their 2 children, Kaylene and Donald.

Junette has been a loyal member of the Church of the Nazarene since 1945 after receiving Christ as her personal Savior and the Holy Spirit to guide her life. Through the years she has served faithfully on the church board, as Sunday school teacher, Missionary President and music director. God and her family were first in her life.

Junette is survived by her family, daughter Kaylene and John Benoist, son Donald Chenoweth, grandchildren Meredith Bryant and husband Nick, Chad Fields, Robby Chenoweth and wife Natalie, Sabrina Benoist, Wyatt Benoist, Carson Benoist, Jacob Chenoweth, Alyssa Chenoweth and Sam Chenoweth. Four great-grandchildren, Anniston Bryant, Emmerson Bryant, Max Chenoweth, and Lincoln Chenoweth. Brother Ivan Bradley and wife Donna, sister Genevieve Schletzbaum, nieces and nephews, friends and her church family.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Max Chenoweth and parents, Luther and Jennie Bradley.
