James Randal Brown, 21 year old Woodward area resident, died Sunday, January 4, 2015 as a result of a vehicle accident north of Elk City. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at the Elmwood Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home.
James Randal Brown was born on December 12, 1993 in Carrollton, Georgia to Charles Wayne and December (Quebedeaux) Brown. He grew up in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Texas, and Oklahoma for the past six years. He worked for Sandy’s Oilfield Services, LLC.
He loved being outdoors, fishing, canoeing, playing basketball and football. He loved being around his family and friends and he has always lived life to the fullest.
He is survived by his mother, December Brown of Woodward; his father, Charles W. Brown, Sr. of Freeport, Texas; brother, Charles Wayne Brown, Jr. of Graceville, Florida; sister, Mary Ann Beckworth of Holt, Florida; niece, Victoria Beckworth; nephews, Jacob and Blaine Beckworth; aunts, uncle, other relatives and many friends.
Memorials may be given to the family to help with costs.
