ObituaryBetty Allison, 82 year old Woodward resident, died Tuesday January 5, 2021 in Woodward. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday January 11, 2021 in the Elmwood Cemetery with Reverend Josh Brooks officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home.
Betty Delores (Patterson) Allison was born on September 11, 1938 in Woodward, Oklahoma to Marvin and Elsie (Lively) Patterson. Betty grew up in the Woodward area and attended and later graduated from Woodward High School. Betty worked as a bank teller and later a loan officer in the Banking Industry. She enjoyed bell collecting, square dancing, line dancing, and sewing. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and of Ambucs.
Betty is survived by her sons, Wesley Allison, Ronnie Allison and wife Teresa, and Jimmy Allison; brother, Marvin Patterson and wife Grace; grandchildren, Shanna Allison, Jackson Allison, Ashton Smith, Amber Allison, and Mandy Wiseman; great grandchildren, Clarissa Pauley and Allison Pauley; and one great great grandchildren, Joscelyn Pauley, many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Elsie Patterson; sister, Nadine Smith; and grandsons, Brandon and Bryon Allison.
