The funeral for Sheila Kay Phillips, 44, will be 2 p.m. Friday at Waynoka Church of God. Pastor John Brint will officiate. Burial will be in Waynoka Municipal Cemetery. Arrangements are by Marshall Funeral Home, Waynoka.
She was born Dec. 4, 1963, in Ada to Bobby Joe and Ima Ruth Hunt Johnston and died Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2008, at her home.
She attended Ada schools and lived in Perkins for many years.
She married Verl Dean Phillips April 15, 2006, in Waynoka, where they made their home.
Surviving are her husband, Verl, of Waynoka; one son, Derrick Phillips of Waynoka; four daughters, Starla Phillips of Stillwater, Michella Cowan, Angel Johnston and Cherina Cagwin, all of Waynoka; five brothers, Bob Johnston, Michael Johnston and Kevin Ballard, all of Carney, Ernie Johnston of Alva and Joe Walker of Poteau; two sisters, Gayla Johnston of Poteau and Rhonda Watkins of Kingston; and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Waynoka Church of God.
