Leona Pearl Paris

 

Besides her parents and her husband she was also preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

She is survived by two daughters, Louise Durkee and her husband, Arthur, of Enid, and Cleta Belle Zook and her husband, Jakie, of Waynoka.

Also surviving are six grandchildren, Debbie and Jim Steenland of Brownsville, Texas, Gregg and Melinda Durkee, of Olathe, Kan., Peggy and Rodney Tidwell of Tulsa, Scott and Charlotte Durkee of Wichita, Kan., Lynetta and Ray Gamble of Chickasha, and Larry and Linda Zook of Waynoka; 19 great grandchildren. She is also survived by one sister, Mary Lu Doughty of Edmond, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Dec. 9 at the First Baptist Church in Waynoka. Reverend David Shaw and Mike Marsalis will officiate. Interment will be in the Waynoka Cemetery under direction of the Marshall Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to the Waynoka Nursing Center or the Waynoka Ambulance Service.
