Wayne Alexander Hayes, 19, Enid

He was preceded in death by his paternal parents, Ivan and Bette Hayes, brother Jeffrey Scott Hayes Jr., and his maternal uncle Wayne Forrest Tapscott.

He is survived by his daughter Gabriella Daniella Hayes-Mungia of Enid; his father, Jeffrey Scott Hayes and step-mother Joanne Marie Hayes of Enid; his mother, Rose Elizabeth Cordell of Sand Springs; his maternal grandmother, Rose Day of Laurel, Md.; two sisters, Christina Stonesiefer and her children Michelle and Jason of Florida, and Amanda VanDusen and her husband, Joey, and their son, Dominic Demitri of Ponca City; two brothers, Jared Lee Choplin and Derek Alan Choplin of Florida; an uncle, Monte Hayes of Texas, and an aunt, Lisa Evans and her husband, Mark, of Ringwood.

Funeral services will be Sept. 20 at 2 p.m. in the Waynoka Church of Christ with Ray Hull officiating. Interment will be in the Waynoka Cemetery at Waynoka under the direction of the Marshall Funeral Home of Waynoka.
