Charles J. Ramy, 70, Alva
Mr. Ramy was preceded in death by an infant son, Ronald Joseph; his parents; and a sister, Rosalene Waswo.
Charlie is survived by his wife Georgianna of the home; a daughter, Roberta (Bertie) of Oklahoma City; four sons and their wives, Thomas and Sherry of Alva, Mark and Rita of Alva, John of Phoenix, Ariz., and Donald of Oklahoma City; five grandchildren, Jamie Lynn, Jessica Annm Katlin Nicole, Kama and Derrick; a brother and his wife, John and Doris of Mankato, Minn.; a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Mass of the Ressurection will be Nov. 5 at 10:30 a.m. at the Alva Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Officiating will be Father James Knight, pastor. Interment will be in the Alva Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery. Wharton Funeral Chapel of Alva is in charge of arrangements.
Contributions may be made in his memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Alva Sacred Heart Catholic Church, or to the donor's choice.
