Roseann Karen Kubicek, 59, Bartlesville
Roseann Karen Bouziden, daughter of Rosemary (Davie) and Solomon Bouziden, Jr., was born on January 13, 1944 in Hardtner, Kansas. She passed away suddenly in an auto accident five miles west of Medford, Oklahoma on the 2nd day of November at the age of 59 years.
Roseann was preceded in death by her father, Solomon.
She is survived by her daughter and her husband, Karen and Matthew Conrad of San Antonio, Texas as well as a grandson, Nathan; her mother, Rosemary of Alva; two sisters, Nina Beth Oakes of Wamego, Kansas and Linda Lackey and her husband Rob of Cedar Vale, Kansas; three brothers and their wives, David and Carol of Ashland, Kansas, Steven, and Christopher and Donna all of Alva; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Funeral proceedings are being handled by Wharton Funeral Home in Alva, OK. The Funeral Mass will be held at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Alva, at 10 a.m., Friday, November 7, 2003.
A Memorial Service will be held at St. John Catholic Church in Bartlesville at 10 a.m., Saturday, November 8, 2003.
The family encourages friends in Alva and Bartlesville to attend services set in their home communities in the interest of safety.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the following charities: Family Crisis and Counseling Center of Bartlesville, The United Way of Bartlesville, Elder Care of Bartlesville or the charity of your choice.
