ENID, Okla. — Funeral for Ruth Rader, 96, Alva, is 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, at Alva Wesleyan Church, with the Rev. John Smith officiating. Burial in Fairview Cemetery, northwest of Alva. Arrangements by Wharton Funeral Chapel.

She was born Dec. 2, 1916, on a farm near Laverne to Myrtle (Bowers) and William H. Evans and died Jan. 22, 2013, at Beadles Nursing Home.

Surviving are son, Don Rader, Alva; five grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by one daughter and two brothers.
