He was preceded in death by his infant granddaughter Vanessa Ann Harmon; his parents; a little sister, Mildred; and two brothers-in-law, Gail Johnson and George Milledge.
Wilbur is survived by his wife Edna; his two daughters and their husbands, Shirley and Nolan Ralston and Marilyn and Ted Harmon all of Mooreland; five grandchildren and their spouses, Jeff and Pattie Ralston, Jay and Connie Ralston, Angela and Charles Kizer, Tasha and Marshall Billingslea, and Burton and Audrey Harmon; eight great grandchildren, Miriah, Bart, Nicole and Jessie, Josh, Jezen, Jozlyn and Benjamin. Also survivng are four sisters, Eva Lou Milledge, Urmal Johnson, Maxine and Corkey Houston, all of Alva, and Nena and Foy Wardrop of Freedom; two brothers and their wives, Alden and Leta of Pampa, Texas, and Neil and Pat of Lanesville, La.; a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Dec. 18 at the Freedom School Auditorium. Officiating will be Rev. Carolyn Murrow, pastor, Freedom United Methodist Church, and Rev. Aaron Martin, pastor, Fargo United Methodist Church. Interment will be at the Fairvalley Cemetery, Freedom. Wharton Funeral Chapel of Alva is in charge of arrangements.
Memorial contributions may made in his memory to the Freedom Ambulance, Fire Department, or the Methodist Church.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. April 12 at the Freedom United Methodist Church. Rev. Carolyn Murrow, pastor; Rev. Leslie Broadbent, pastor of the Woodward New Horizon Methodist Church, and Rev. Jim Veal, pastor of the Mooreland First Christian Church, will officiate. Interment follows in the Fairvalley Cemetery Freedom. Wharton Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements

Edna is survived by her two daughters and their husbands, Shirley and Nolan Ralston and Marillyn and Ted Harmon all of Mooreland; five grandchildren and their spouses: Jay and Connie Ralston of Stillwater, Jeff and Pattie Ralston and Angela and Charles Kizer all of Woodward, Tasha and Marshall Billingslea of Chillicothe, Mo., and Burton and Audrey Harmon of Yukon; ten great grandchildren Miriah, Bart, Nicole, Jessie, Haydn Marie, Josh, Jennzen, Jozlyn, Benjamin and Aaron.
Other survivors include a sister, Joy Davidson of Alva, sister-in-law, Donna and her husband Bud Lock of Amarillo, Texas, four sisters-in-law, Eva Lou Milledge, Urmal Johnson, Maxine and Corkey Houston all of Alva, and Nena and Foy Wardrop of Freedom; two brothers-in-law and their wives, Alden and Leta of Pampa, Texas and Neil and Pat of Lanesville, La.; a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
