Deceased Name: Juanita Lenora Smith

ENID — Funeral for Juanita Smith, 81, of Guymon, will be 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 20, 2012, at Bible Baptist Church, Alva. Rev. John Clapp officiating. Burial in Capron Cemetery . Arrangements by Wharton Funeral Chapel, Alva.

Juanita was born June 11, 1930, in Coleman County, Texas, to Ules and Ethel Duncan and died Thursday, Feb. 16, 2012, in Guymon.

Surviving are daughters, Linda Hendricks of Alva and Vickie McKinnon of Guymon; three grandchildren, Curtis Fulkerson, Jackie Robertson and Kimberlie Cook; great-grandchildren, Brandon, Jeremy, Isabella and Anaura; and brother, H.M Duncan.

Preceded in death by one sister, one brother husband, Gwin, and an infant son.
