Funeral Services for Phil Rust, 57, will be held at the Capron United Methodist Church, Thursday, December 22, 2005 at 1 p.m. with Reverend Elizabeth Kirkwood, pastor, officiating. Interment follows in the Capron Cemetery. Wharton Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements. A memorial service will be held Friday, December 23, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. at Miles Funeral Service in Winfield, Kan.

Phillip D., son of Lois (Toner) and W.D. Rust was born November 27, 1948 in Enid, Oklahoma. He passed away at the William Newton Memorial Hospital at Winfield, Kansas on Dec. 19, 2005.
Phil was preceded in death by his father W.D. Rust on August 11, 1992.
He is survived by his mother, Lois Rust of Alva, and a sister and brother-in-law, Jana and Mark Schnebel, of Enid, a nephew Jason Schnebel, a niece Jill Schnebel, a step niece and her husband, Ferran and Tyler Weese and their children, Tanner and Braden, other relatives and friends.
Contributions may be made in his memory to the REACH tiny-k toddler services or Capron United Methodist Church.
