Memorial services for Barbara Ann Stultz will be at 10 a.m., Monday, April 16, 2018, at the Assembly of God Church with Rev. Mark Bagley officiating. Inurnment will be in the Alva Municipal Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home of Alva.
Barbara Ann Stultz, daughter of the late Margaret Ruth Beall, was born November 29, 1935, at Washington, D.C., and passed away April 3, 2018, at Wichita, Kansas, at the age of 82. After Barbara graduated high school, she was united in marriage to Donavan Ellis Stultz in 1954. To this union four children were born: Margaret, Marian, Richard and Russell. They moved their family to Denver before settling in Alva in 1966. Barbara was a member of the Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed crafting, sewing and collecting novelties. Barbara held a lengthy tenure as head custodian with Alva High School until her retirement in January of 2001.
Barbara is survived by her four children, Margaret Stultz of North Garden, Virginia; Marian Brown of Fredricksburg, Texas; Richard Stultz and his wife, Michelle, of Los Angeles, California; and Russell Stultz and his wife, Shelley, of Andover, Kansas; ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Alva Education Foundation (CFO).
