Florine Richey, 83, was born on Feb. 25, 1921,to Evered Bourne and Edith Lee Bourne on the family farm southeast of Ames , and passed away Dec. 30, 2004, at St. Mary's Regional Hospital in Enid.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Richey; a sister, Donna Moore; and a brother, Kenneth Bourne.
Florine is survived by two sons, Jimmy Richey and wife, Melba, of Alva, and Larry Richey and wife, Lizabeth, of Alva; one daughter, Mardonna Sue Rauh and husband, Mike, of Edmond; one brother, Everett Bourne, Jr., of Oak Harbor, Wash.; one sister, Marjorie Dunn, of Tulsa; nine grandchildren, Steven Lee Richey and his wife, Lori, of Wichita, Kan.,Stephanie Anne Coon and her husband, Robert, of Tulsa, Chad Alan Richey of Las Vegas, Nev., Michelle Dawn Richey of Dallas, Texas, Andrea Paige Lehr and her husband, Shane, of Alva, Jay Michael Rauh of Arlington Heights, Illinois, John Christopher Rauh and his wife, Paige, of Rockford, Ill., Laura Elizabeth Rauh of Wheaton, Ill., and Sally Ann Rauh of Edmond; six great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to the Youth Scholarship fund at the Alva Wesleyan Church.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Jan. 3, at the Alva Wesleyan Church with Pastor John Smith officiating. Interment will be in the Alva Municipal Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home of Alva.
