Deceased: Georgie Elizabeth Jantzen, 92, Alva
Besides her parents and her husband, James, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie; one daughter, Janice Neuenschwander; one brother, John Varner; two sisters, Effie Jarred and Charlotte Hatfield; and one granddaughter, Georgie Utley.
Georgie is survived by one daughter, Janie Shelly of Newton, Ill.; four grandchildren, Henry Utley and his wife, Cheryl, of Newton, Ill., James Utley and his wife, Linda, of Newton, Dale Bailey and his wife, Sherrie, of Waynoka, and Dala Kirkpatrick of Oklahoma City; 15 great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Dec. 29 at the Alva Municipal Cemetery with Rev. John Clapp, pastor of the Alva Bible Baptist Church officiating. Interment is under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home of Alva.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Share Convalescent Center activity fund.
