Frank J. Dennis, 80, Alva

Funeral services will be held at the Alva Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Dec. 5 at 10:30 a.m. Father Dave Imming, pastor, will officiate. Interment is in the Alva Municipal Cemetery, Alva. Wharton Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Dennis was preceded in death by his parents and a brother-in-law, Frank Patsue.

Frank is survived by his wife Velma, four daughters and their husbands, Kathy Ann and Rick Krows of Seiling, Frances Rae and Richard Tanner of Burlington, Betty Jo and Gary Bevis, and Karen Kay and LeRoy Swenson all of Alva; 12 grandchildren, Shelly and Keith LeMay, Jenifer and Steven Cooks, Dennis Hutchinson, Greg Smith, Elizabeth and Kent Thiessen, Deborah and Clint Gardner, Annette and Shannon Messinger, Darrin and Cheri Bevis, Brian Bevis, Kasey, Kevin, and Kelli Krows; six great-grandchildren, Rylan, Shawna, Steven, Bianca, Tanner and Kara; a sister Helen Patsue, Indianapolis, Ind., two nieces, Joanie and Anntinette, other relatives and friends.

Contributions may be made in his memory to the Alva Sacred Heart Catholic Church Foundation Fund.
