Michael Logan Postrach, age 65, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, passed
away late Saturday night (August 26, 2017) at the Journey Home Hospice
House in Bartlesville.
Michael was born in Bartlesville on February 18, 1952 to the late
Everette Postrach and Dorothy (Morgan) Postrach. He attended grade
school at St. John School and graduated from College High School.
Michael worked for various garden nurseries & in the landscaping
business until the onset of his illness.
Michael is survived by his mother, Dorothy Postrach; three sisters, Lois
Lewis and husband Cleo, Gloria Loeffelholz, & Kathy Hamilton and husband
Wayne; son, Michael Leon Postrach and his girlfriend Maria Spillman;
stepchildren Misti & Kevin Nihart; grandkids Brittney, Grady, James,
Haily, Isel, & Chance; and numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and loved
ones. Michael also leaves behind his ex-wife, Carla Holmes and recently
separated wife, Connie Postrach, both of whom he remained friends with
until he died.
Michael was preceded in death by his father, Everette Logan Postrach and
his brother-in-law Charles Loeffelholz.
Michael enjoyed gardening, playing pool, watching sports (he was a big
Oklahoma City Thunder & Dallas Cowboys fan), cooking, decorating for the
holidays, and he loved playing with his grandkids.
The family will be receiving guests on Wednesday, August 30 for a
visitation and Rosary service at the Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel from
5-8pm.
Funeral Services will be held at St. John’s Catholic Church in
Bartlesville on Thursday, August 31 at 10 a.m.
