Mrs. Forrest was born on July 20, 1937 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma to Roy E. Vince and Leona (Rookard) Vince. She grew up and received her education in Bartlesville schools and graduated from high school in Bartlesville. She was employed with Cities Service Oil Company in Bartlesville for 17 years. She was married to Billie Joe Forrest on September 2, 1968 at Nowata, Oklahoma. Following their marriage they operated their own trucking company known as JANWAY.
Mr. Forrest preceded her in death on October 26, 2011 and she continued her home in Bartlesville.
Survivors include numerous cousins, a brother-in-law, Bob Forrest of Ochelata and close friends, Marilyn and Kenneth Tate of Dewey, Kenny Tate and Ellen Cooper.
In addition to her husband, was preceded in death
by her parents and a sister, Donna K. Vince.
