Tanya Lee Ortiz Beaumont, age 60 and Bartlesville resident, passed away at her home on Monday, July 30, 2018.
Tanya Lee Ortiz was born on March 12, 1958 in Bartlesville. She was the daughter of Benito Ortiz and N. F. (Miller) Ortiz. Over the years, Tanya lived in Norcross, Georgia, Morganton, Georgia, and Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She graduated from Tri-County Tech in Bartlesville as an LPN. She was employed in nursing homes in Georgia and Bartlesville. Also, she and her husband, were owners of Beaumont Trucking Company which they operated for many years. Tanya was married to Roger William Beaumont and he preceded her in death on May 17, 2011.
Following her husband's death, Tanya continued her residence in Bartlesville.
Tanya is survived by her children, son, Joshua Beaumont of Bartlesville, and daughter, Samantha Beaumont of Hiawassee, Georgia; granddaughter, Zoe Sitsler of Westville, Oklahoma; grandson, Joshua Beaumont, II, of Bartlesville; granddaughter, Maranda Beck of Hiawassee, Georgia; mother, N. F. (Miller) Ortiz, sister, Tina Secondine, and brother, Ben Ortiz, II, all of Bartlesville. Also, numerous other family members.
She was preceded in death by her father, Benito A. Ortiz; brother, Antonio A. Ortiz; and husband, Roger W. Beaumont.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at 1:00 PM at White Rose Cemetery. Father John O'Neill will be the Celebrant. Arrangements are under the direction of the Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home.
