Louise Gray Murray of McKinney, Texas passed away on March 3, 2016 at the age of 82.

She was born on May 21, 1933 to James Benjamin & Wilma Elizabeth (Thompson) Gray in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She was a devout Christian and was very active in her church in Decatur and in Oklahoma. Louise was known as being a go-getter! She had many talents and skill sets that she used as an entrepreneur; homemaker, private detective and restaurateur just to name a few. Louise was a loving wife and mother; and a wonderful grandmother.

She is survived by her loving husband, Bill Murray of McKinney, Texas; daughters, Jewel Guipre and husband Bob of Terrell, Texas, Jan Houser and husband Jerry of Tulsa, Oklahoma; siblings, Nadine Roberts of Marietta, Georgia, Rev. Jack L. Gray of Cleveland, Tennessee, Bill R. Gray of Griffin, Georgia, Mary M. Hilton of Waco, Texas, Rev. Ted. F. Gray of Weatherford, Texas, Dr. Don Paul Gray of Quinlan, Texas, Charles L. Gray of Mansfield, Texas, Sue Anna Drew of Swaziland, Africa, and Wesley B. Gray of Ft. Worth, Texas; twelve grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Louise was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Marjorie Stone, Wanda Capps, James Pete Gray and Tommy Glen Gray.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, March 7, 2016 at Ramona Cemetery in Ramona, Oklahoma.

The family will receive friends during a visitation on Saturday afternoon, March 5, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
