He was born in Gyor Hungary on November 2, 1938. Frank came to the US in 1957 and became a citizen in 1970.
He retired from Texas
Instruments/Raytheon and from the US Army National
Guard after 22 years.
Preceded in death by wife (Maudean), parents,
brother, sister and step-sons, Arley R. Ballenger
and Ivan Dean Ballenger.
Survived by son, Arley D. Ballenger, Ft. Wainright
AL and Step-daughter Ivanna (Ron) Means Wichita, 9
grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation 9-11:00 A.M. Monday January 25, 2016,
with Funeral Service at 11:00 A.M. Monday, both at
the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory, Bartlesville,
Oklahoma. Burial at Oglesby Cemetery, Oglesby OK.
