Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday at 11am at St. James Catholic Church with Rev. Father Archie Fernandez as the celebrant.
Interment will follow in the Ochelata Cemetery.
Services are under the direction of Carter Davis and the Davis Family

Born in Loup City, NE, to Cash and Arlene (Coulter) Wardyn on August 24,
1944, “Virgie” or “Ginny” was raised on the family farm outside of
Litchfield, NE. She graduated from Litchfield High School in 1962. She
received her B.A. in Accounting and Finance, cum laude, from Kansas
Wesleyan University in 1992.
Ginny married Dana Morse on December 27, 1969. They lived in California
and Idaho before making Salina, KS, their home for 36 years. They moved
to Ochelata, OK, in 2013.
Ginny was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Salina
and a member of St. James Catholic Church in Bartlesville, OK. She
initiated spiritual reading groups at both churches and was also a
lector. Ginny enjoyed quietly volunteering and she was the recipient of
the Kansas Adult Education Association Volunteer Service Award for 2006.
She loved to cook and spend time with her grandchildren.
She leaves to celebrate her life, husband Dana Morse of Ochelata;
daughter Jennifer McIver and husband Doug of Bartlesville; son Beau
Morse of Wichita, KS; daughter Debi Davis of Navarre, FL; mother Arlene
Wardyn of Kearney, NE; sister Patricia Morse and husband Jerry of
Tucson, AZ; brother Richard Wardyn and wife Laura of Kearney;
sister-in-law Cindy Wardyn of Litchfield; grandchildren, Josephine and
Ryan McIver of Bartlesville, Erin Guise and husband Thaddeus of Gardners,
PA, and Patrick Cash Davis of Navarre.
She was preceded in death by her father, brother Kenneth Wardyn, and
granddaughter Jessica McIver.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her honor to Sisters of St.
Joseph of Concordia, KS, PO Box 279, Concordia, KS 66901; St. Jude
Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas PL, Memphis TN 38105; and
Hopestone Cancer Support Center, 206 SE Frank Phillips Blvd,
Bartlesville, OK 74003.
