Mrs. Joy Nadine Williams, 92, of Bartlesville, died at 11:10
P.M. on Monday, November 26, 2018 in Bartlesville.
Mrs. Williams was born in Bartlesville on December 13, 1925 the daughter of
Ernest David (Pete) Sturm and Arva Veroka (Waterman) Sturm. She was married to
G. B. Williams on September 13, 1944 in Bartlesville. They made their home in
Bartlesville and Mrs. Williams was employed by Phillips Petroleum Company until
her retirement and Mr. Williams was the owner/operator of G.B. Williams
Construction Company. Mrs. Williams was a lifelong member and organist of the
Ochelata United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her son, Danny Williams and wife Sherry of Bartlesville, her
daughter, Kristi Frye and husband Gary of Bartlesville, three grandchildren,
Brad Frye, Kasie Yokley and Courtney Frye and four great grandchildren, Sophie
Frye, Chace Yokley, Berkley Frye and Crew Yokley.
Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her parents and two
brothers, Raymond Sturm and David Lee Sturm. She was also preceded in death by
her husband, G. B. Williams on May 13, 1993.
Funeral services for Mrs. Williams will be held at 2 P.M. on Friday, November
30, 2018 in the Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chad Perceful, Rev. Warren
Peck and Rev. Ted Hoffman officiating.
Private interment will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations in Mrs. Williams name to the
Ochelata United Methodist Church at Ochelata, Oklahoma.
