(Nolin) Sullivan and grew up in Lebanon, IN. Bill enlisted in the Marine Corps
in 1947. In 1948, he earned as NROTC scholarship and left the Marines to enter
college. In 1952 while attending college, he met and married his beloved wife,
lifelong companion and best friend, Carla June Marie Wilcox of Enid, OK. Later
that year, Bill was called back to active duty during the Korean War and was
commissioned as a Second Lieutenant. In December of 1953, the couple welcomed a

enjoyed “true” retirement. He taught himself computers, which became his hobby.
He was also an avid reader and had a wide range of interests, including music.
He was a true patriot and lived by the golden rule. To the people that knew him
both in the US and overseas, he was a loyal and steadfast friend.

and Matthew Sullivan. Sister-in-law: Narda Loy Caton and husband Jon, the Caton/Dressel
