Graveside services will be held at 2 P.M. on Friday, March 20, 2020 in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Services and interment will be under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.
Mrs. Sharp was born in Bartlesville on January 29, 1921 the daughter of Aaron Leroy and Anna Pearl (Holley) Murphy. She grew up and received her education in Bartlesville and was married to Jack D. Sharp on September 5, 1936 in Nowata, Oklahoma. Mr. and Mrs. Sharp made their home in Bartlesville all of their married life. Mrs. Sharp had owned the Mode-O-Day Clothing store in Bartlesville and had also been employed as a draftsman with Cities Service Oil Company until the late 1960’s. She had been a member of the Rose Hill Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Jack Sharp and wife Marie of Pawhuska, one daughter, Emily Hays of Bartlesville, four grandchildren, Michele Hays, Philip Hays III and wife Rebecca, Steve Sharp and wife Kim, and Shari Weber and husband Jay, three step grandchildren, Kelly Jacques and husband Jory, Toby Eaton and Travis Eaton, four great grandchildren, Philip Hays IV, Kathryn Sharp, Matthew Erhlich and wife Katie and Kameron Eaton and a great great grandchild, Payson Erhlich.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jack D. Sharp in October 2004, her parents, two sisters, Lorena Morgan and Ruby Convery, and a granddaughter, Felicia Hays.
