Interment will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery directed by the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.
Ms. McPhail was born at Weed, New Mexico on April 8, 1946 the daughter of Willie Anderson Guilliams and Hester Belle (Youngblood) Guilliams. She lived in New Mexico until moving to West Plains, Missouri with her family as a child. She grew up and received her education at West Plains and graduated from high school there. She then attended nursing school at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She was married to Kenneth Dwight McPhail on June 7, 1985 at Benton, Arkansas. They made their home in Bartlesville and Mr. McPhail preceded her in death on June 15, 1992. She had made her home in Bartlesville and has lived in the Tulsa/Broken Arrow area for the past 20 years. She had been active as a travel specialist until her retirement. She was a God lover and loved to travel. She also loved her family and her pets.
