BARTLESVILLE EXAMINER-ENTERPRISE
BARTLESVILLE, WASHINGTON CO, OK
(permission granted)

Nadine McMahan, 89, died Monday, July 25, 2016 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

Nadine was born on February 2, 1927 in Mt. Pleasant, Arkansas to parents Orgel and Sarah (Highland) Webb. Nadine attended schools in Mt. Pleasant where she completed her high school education. On November 5, 1946 she married Arel McMahan in Batesville, Arkansas. Arel was employed by the Bureau of Mines and was transferred to Bartlesville in the 1960's. In 1970, a transfer took the couple to Spokane, Washington where they lived until retirement, then moving back to Bartlesville. Arel preceded Nadine in death, passing away in July of 1992. Nadine was always on the go. For years she volunteered at Jane Phillips Medical Center. Nadine was also a member of the "Red Hat Club", and was an active member of the Adams Blvd. Church of Christ. Although she enjoyed many activities and had many interests, nothing came close to matching her love of family. Her family was always Nadine's number one priority, and spending time with them was something she truly loved.

Nadine is survived by her daughter Arlene Conover and her husband Richard of Bartlesville, granddaughter Sara McKinnis and husband Jake of Ochelata, and great-granddaughter Hannah McKinnis. Other survivors include her siblings, Doyle Webb of Mt. Pleasant, Arkansas, Gerald Webb of Lee's Summit, Missouri, Diane Finley and husband Glen of Kansas City, Missouri and Jack Webb and wife Joyce of Peculiar, Missouri, and sister-in-law Imadean Webb. Nadine is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm, Friday, July 29, 2016 in the Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel, with entombment to follow in the Memorial Park Mausoleum.
