Mr. Randy Ray Lowen, 62, resident of Bartlesville, died at 8:38 P.M. on Monday October 16, 2017 in Dewey.

Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday October 20, 2017, at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Bartlesville, with Rev. Willard Lyons officiating. Graveside Services and Interment are under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.

Mr. Lowen was born January 15, 1955 at Bartlesville to Cleo Martin and Peggy L. (Horner) Lowen. He was raised and educated in Bartlesville Public Schools, graduating from College High School in 1973. He later attended OSU Okmulgee Technical Center, where he studied electronics and computers. He worked primarily in the home construction business as a carpenter, but his real passion was building computers and electronics. His hobbies were computers, music and astronomy, as he had recently traveled to Missouri for a good view of the recent solar eclipse.

Randy is survived by his father, Cleo M. Lowen of Dewey, by a cousin Renada Puente of Bartlesville, and a great niece Natalie Tate of Eucha, Oklahoma, an aunt Mary Rushing of San Antonio, Texas and his two furry friends his dogs Patches and Pepper. and numerous other cousins and other relatives and friends.
