Sylvia preceded Bill in death on
April 10, 2003. He had continued his residence in
Bartlesville since that time.
Bill and Sylvia were longtime members of First
Presbyterian Church in Bartlesville. The couple enjoyed
traveling over the years and Bill was active in the
community as long as his health permitted. For several
years, he tutored countless students in the Bartlesville
Public School system. Bill was very active in the YMCA
Youth Football Program as a coach and member of the
Football Committee for over 16 years.
Dr. Loney was preceded in death by his parents; and his
wife, Sylvia.
He is survived by various nephews and
nieces, plus many, many friends, especially in the
medical community and his church.
Come and go visitation will be held on Thursday from
9:00 AM-5:00 PM in the Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral
Home, 710 S. Dewey Ave.
Graveside services will be held on Friday at 2:00 PM at
Memorial Park Cemetery. Pastor Kristy Rodgers of
Bartlesville First Presbyterian Church will be the
officiant.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Arnold Moore
& Neekamp Funeral Home.
