The funeral for Brenda Jo (Searle) Jetton, 65, of Enid, will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2008, at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel. Ron Olson, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
She was born April 10, 1943, in Dewey to John and Ona Brown Searle and died Friday, Aug. 8, 2008, in Enid.
She attended schools in Bartlesville. She married Bill Jetton Aug. 27, 1972, in Sapulpa, where they made their home. After moving to Enid in 1973, she worked as a teacher's aide at Enid High School. She was a member of Free Will Baptist and Cedar Ridge Wesleyan churches.
Surviving are her husband, Bill of the home; one daughter, Angela Smalling of Enid; one brother, John Searle of Oklahoma City; two sisters, Ruth Ann Keaton and Jean Lawrence, both of Bartlesville; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Ross Health Care, Hospice of Enid.
