Austin Simeon James Franks, infant son of Chance B. and Meghan Nichole Franks of Bartlesville, was stillborn at 12:27 A.M. on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at the Jane Phillips Medical Center.

The Franks family will receive guests for visitation at the Stumpff Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 15th from 6 P.M. until 7 P.M.

Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. on Thursday, February 16th, 2017 at the Tuxedo Assembly of God Church with Pastor Cody Davis officiating.

Interment will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery directed by the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.

Survivors include his parents, Chance and Meghan Franks of Bartlesville, two sisters, Bayleigh Hadley and Mekayla Franks of the home, his paternal grandmother, Kristie Franks of Bartlesville, his maternal grandparents, Steve Rohleder of Bartlesville, Mary Bulkley of Katy, Texas and Pat Stacavich of Cypress, Texas, his maternal great grandparents, Bob and Nell Pendergraff of Dewey and his paternal great grandfather, Ivan Stark of Bartlesville, and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.
