DAVIS FAMILY FUNERAL HOME
DEWEY, WASHINGTON CO, OK
(permission granted)

Logan E. Dewey, age 15, died unexpectedly in the home on May 7, 2021. He was born December 13, 2005, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, the son of Charlene and Michael Boucher and biological father Kevin Dewey of Springfield, Missouri.

Logan was a freshman attending Bartlesville High School. He was a sweet and kind boy with a wonderful sense of humor and an infectious laugh. Logan shared his love of music through the songs he wrote and sang. He loved basketball and football and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. Logan attended church at the Pentecostal Tabernacle, First Wesleyan Church, and ReNEW Church in Dewey. Logan was a joy to his mother who offers this poem:

There is a special Angel in Heaven
That is a part of me.
It is not where I wanted him
But where God wanted him to be.
He was here but just a moment
Like a night time shooting star.
And though he is in Heaven
He isn’t very far.
He touched the hearts of many
Like only Angels can.
So I send this special message
To the Heavens up above.
Please take care of my Angel
And send him all my love.

Logan is survived by his beloved sister Katrina and brother Corben of the home; step-brothers David Boucher, Anthony Boucher, and Tylor Boucher of Ochelata, Jacob Atterberry of Bartlesville, Joshua Tucker of Tahlequah; step-sisters BreAnna Boucher of Bartlesville and Deana Washington of Idabel; Great Grandmother Charlene Cook of Bartlesville; Great Grandmother Jean Rowland of Bartlesville; Grandmother Sheryl Miracle and Grandpa Terry of Edna, Kansas; Uncle Shaun Dewey and wife Dawn of Wichita, Kansas; Uncle Danny Fugate of Bartlesville; Uncle Donnie Cook and wife Pamela of Bartlesville; Aunt Melinda Webb and husband Timmy of Ochelata; and Aunt Sabrina Fugate of Oklahoma City.
